*EOL = End of Life Product. Support services include assistance on normal installation and use of your Viking Coders modules from the Miva Merchant front-end. Store specific business rule setup and/or detailed database troubleshooting is not included in standard support services.

** UPS Custom Integrations are performed on a first-availability basis. Currently wait times are 1 to 2 business days for installations.

*** Some modules are not included due to sub-development / revenue sharing agreements with certain vendors on those modules.
