This year term paid support subscription covers support services for ANY Copernicus, eMediaSales and Viking Coders module in your store. The support subscription costs $99.99 for your first month and $20/month ongoing.
Your yearly support subscription includes:
- Support for ANY Copernicus, eMediaSales or Viking module in your store
- One time update of covered modules to the most current version to ensure smooth operation of your covered modules
- General helpdesk access without per-incident fees
Product Support vs. Consulting
Please understand that many of our modules are extremely complex, allowing for many different configurigations and even uses that we did not imagine. Therefore our product support is limited to assisting you in understanding what may be accomplished and how, not actually performing configuration services. In general, product support will be limited to installation, minor database repairs and "how do I" questions.
Excluding simple database repairs or minor settings changes, the general litmus test for support versus consulting will be whether or not we need to log into your store to review or change configurations in order to assist you in solving your problem. If so, your issue must be handled on a consulting basis. Additionally, any request that involves multiple modules (whether owned by eMediaSales or any other vendor) will require consulting services.
Contract Required
When you purchase this subscription, documents will be included that you are required to sign and return to SNH Designs in order to begin your support services. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS AND FAX OR EMAIL BACK IMMEDIATELY.
*NOTE: Support contracts are purchased by the store not by the module. This contract covers all of our modules in your ONE store; if you require support for different stores each store will require a paid subscription. Contact sales@emediasales.com for bulk pricing.
